About that -90dB... RE: JRiver battles JPlay

From my experience, using the Audio DiffMaker program as I believe that's what the article referenced used, a 90dB "correlated null depth" as measured by the program over 30 seconds or a minutes of music audio is excellent. This is not the same as saying 16-bit dynamic range can go down to -96dB...

Note that a 320kbps MP3 LAME-encoded file compared to the lossless usually scores around 65dB and the vast majority of people will already have great difficulty differentiating in blind testing.
