Yes, but...

Hi,

I am in favour of a slimmed XP as long as it is an automated process. It might have user's intervention in 3 or 4 steps maximum.
It has to be as fool proof as possible.

As I said repeatedly, such automated process must allow for different people's requirement: for example, one must have choice for Input between SATA, eSATA, Ethernet, USB; the same applies for Output, int. PCI/PCIe, USB, FW; monitor or LAN remote.
The final product cannot be a 20 steps guide.

Obviously, some decisions have to be made regarding the initial software platform, like XP Home or Pro, and the player. IMHO, it would be great to further develop cPlay. You've got the tools now! ;-)
