I'm not sure I expected a HUGE difference, but I must say that I expected something. I've always disliked SqueezePlay since it feels slow, is clunky, and always imagined it as a horrible jitter pollutant. Even though I've never been a believer in significant differences between cables for example, I would have thought there was something that would be discernable given the extreme scenarios being compared.
Thanks for the tip, yeah, I might have a listen to some of my Mercury Living Presence CD's tonight time permitting. I don't know of any high-res large orchestral MLP's though. The Reference Recordings are also another option I'll have a listen to (it'll be downconverted HRx in that case).
