I just use the Stereophile CD2 jitter track...

These days, I just use the Stereophile CD2 Track 26 which simulates 10ns jitter of 11kHz sine wave in an ABA fashion.

If the system can easily discriminate the simulated jitter for me, then I have no reason to think there's major jitter issues in the system as a whole.

I recently installed a Behringer DEQ2496 into one of my systems for digital EQ (digital loop through my Transporter) with inexpensive 6ft optical cables. Even with this setup, I hear no degradation so I'm not concerned. Obviously YMMV.

BTW: As I've said here and on a few other forums, I have heard very expensive systems fail this simple test over the years.
