As answered above, yes you can install the same software so long as your account is the same on each iPad/Pod. No problem controlling any SB connected to the server.

I have iPeng, iPeng for iPad, and SqueezePad. I ended up using SqueezePad the most due to the more responsive and simpler interface.

For my Android phone - Squeeze Commander is excellent (interface very similar to iPeng).
