Just play the You Tube and time it. The difference is large enough that you can do this by hand and resolve a one percent difference. No problem recognizing the start of the music and the start of the last chord.

For the LP you will need a turntable that is running at the correct speed, and this can't necessarily be verified with a strobe light, because the power line frequency may be off. Also, note that a turntable runs at slightly different speed according to the inner and outer groves and the loudness of the music. I'm not sure how much this might be. You could time the LP accurately by counting revolutions if you have the patience. If you get within 1 revolution that will be 0.14% accuracy over the first movement.
