I've just purchased my first pair of Quad 57. They are in good working condition and the panels have never seen an arc. I will be using these with a variety of vintage EL34, EL84, 6L6, and 7591 tube amplfiers. In general, what do I need to know about these speakers? How loud is too loud? How can I avoid blowing these things up? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
