Cryogenic Treatment or Dry Ice?

Can some ppl give there input on this subject?

I recently had my Cables Double Dipped in Dry Ice "sub 90Degrees" And Stan Warren said I should dip all my electronics in Dry Ice because it Freezes the Molecules and does something with the Gas's don't know all the tech speech but I do know they sound good the cables I got from Stan. The question Arises because my Cousin said that Cryogenic Treatment is "sub 300degrees" and that it is longer lasting just wanted to hear some opinions if others have used Dry Ice or Cryogenic Treatment, Thanks.
