Sure, why not? You could call it the III.VII. :-) I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my IVA woofers, it will depend on how much rebuilding work they need -- I want to do it eventually no matter what, but if they're functional I'll probably enjoy them for a while as is.

Was lying awake last night thinking of new possibilities for IVA mods, e.g., quasi ribboning the midrange -- current plans are for Neo 8's which would be a bit better and probably easier, but would require tri-amping.
