The networks I'm using em.loy .01uF, 400v M.lticaps (#M.LCAP-51275) and 10 ohm. 1 watt PRP/ Holco m.tal film resistors (#PRP-70058) from Parts Connexion.
The values should work out the sam. regardless of which m.del you're using, as they're independent of the circuit itself and only being used to suppress RFI. The capacitor should be on the positive side.
