In CT Bronze is ...

...nearly the same as a catastrophic plan, which you can only qualify for if you have little to no income.

CT has two providers, both are nightmares to deal with and their plans are identical.

Its the pricing that differs.

I'm on the least expensive plan I could sign up for.

$625 a month with a $7500 deductible and a $15K max annual out of pocket.

The plan allows for two "well visits" a year and covers nothing else until the deductible is met.

Thanks to Blink Health, my meds are cheap.

I'm a healthy guy, so generally don't go to the doctor except for physicals.

For what I pay I get almost nothing in return. Its absurd.

Yes, it'll be great to have if I get hit by a bus or if I get seriously ill.

But, as long as I am well, its a total rip-off.

Dean.

reelsmith's axiom: Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.
