First stomach cancer, then thyroid issues, failing kidneys and a failing liver.
She was coping okay on the meds and seemed comfortable and happy for about 6 months.
Last week her lungs filled with fluid and she could barely breath.
At that point all the options were bad, so my son, daughter and I agreed it was time to say goodbye. The Vet agreed it was the best option.
Was a terribly sad day for us.
Annie was part of the family for 15 years.
