My neighbor has worked for IBM for 29 years.
At 30 years he would have been fully vested in his benefits ...lifetime pension and healthcare.
They laid him off.
Then hired him back as a consultant through Manpower.
He now makes 50% less and lost the majority of his benefits.
That shit should be illegal.
