RE: Giving up Drinking.

I gave up alcohol 4.5 years ago, and I'm still here. Coffee I drink occasionally, but ALWAYS decaf.
I do sleep much better these days.

And I'm married, so I don't have to worry about a social life, as mkuller does. ;^)

My wife hasn't had booze or coffee in decades.
