As a mechanic in a pharmaceutical plant, we used to have supervisors who came from the floor, so they had years of experience and understood the business. Then it became en vouge to hire kids right out of college with no experience whatsoever. When talking to management, we felt like we were discussing issues with our children at home, from the blank, helpless stares. Those poor kids were totally clueless about the business world.....maybe that's why they ended up shutting down the plant. :)
