Hello everyone:
eureka. It clicked. Got a design that I am pretty happy with.
It is built on the same exact core size as the FS-100 PF.
Would come in bell end caps just like the outputs.
can be configured for 120 madc, 100 madc, or 80 madc.
calculated L's
120 madc > 60 henries
100 madc > 80 henries
80 madc > 100 henries

calculated DCR is approx 180 ohms
calculated temp rise of approx 20 degrees C
has over 3 pounds of copper wire in it!!!
can support 550 vrms at 30 hertz
has proper mix of ac and dc fluxes

Pricing:
$175 each (normal good quality plate choke)
$225 each for our EL (hot rodded) version.

will accept orders for these until July 15th. It will take some time to build and deliver these since we need some special tooling (which we will have to have made) for these.
You don't need all the mullah up front to order these. A deposit will put you on the books.
