Last call: FS-100 plate chokes

Hello inmates:

We are in process of winding a small batch of FS-100 plate chokes.
This is not a catalog part number for us. Hence this may very well
be the last call for this part number.

This is a large plate choke--- it stands 5.25" tall and weighs in at
approx 12 pounds each. this part number is supplied with vertical mounted bell end covers--- the exit hole for the lead wires will either
be btwn the mounting feet (bottom of flange as "normal") or the mounting
hole might be located on the large flat planar surface of the bell end cap (e.g., like the punch out hole on many hammond tranneys). Which cover we supply will depend on availability--- our preference is the
"normal" hole location and this is the style which will be provided if availability is not an issue.

Other cavaet is--- the delivery time for these may be as much as three to four months out--- we are winding the coils right now--- but the stacking, finishing, painting, covering and etc will be scheduled once
I am in better shape rib injury wise.

To facilitate any interest--- we are accepting orders with a 50% deposit--- the balance plus shipping not due until we have them built and ready to ship to you.

On the bright side--- these are really great plate chokes--- and we can airgap them for a range of plate currents--- all of the units are designed to handle 500 vrms at 30 hertz AC signal. DC (plate current) capacities are listed below.

Each unit uses our EL coil design strategy (our SUPER designation). Each unit will be supplied with 18 gauge EE teflon lead wires. Each choke uses teflon insulation. We do NOT formally warrant this choke for high voltage applications. Each choke is wax impregnated. The nominal DCR (winding resistance) of this choke is 170 ohms.

Here are the different plate current and nominal inductance combos avail.

120 madc at > 60 henries

100 madc at > 80 henries

80 madc at > 100 henries

60 madc at > 125 henries

40 madc at > 150 henries
