The design is very, very simple. Every half wit carpenter will make it in no time (the basic cuts). Request your money( you may wait a lttle but looks like you're a patient type:) along with the design details .Buy two sheet of plywood. Pay local carpenter $50 to cut it and another $500 to assemble /finish it to your liking (if you can't do it yourself) buy two sealed active subwoofers
Done. Alternatively buy a pair of Klipschorn bass bins or clones ,cross at 200Hz and enjoy what some(not me) consider world class sound...... add two sealed active subwoofers, buy Goto tweeter , change the azura horn for something else , get rid of all of this and start from the scratch...that's how it;s going to be but K-horn /azura will be very relaxed and pleasant speaker. Klipsch K-33 driver is a garbage (but it works more or less -more mumbled bass less anything else , Vitavox driver would be great to get but it cost $4500 for the pair , Altec 803A (not B) is wonderful but you won't get mumbled bass below 40-hz so you'd need the sub, well worth it. Anyway , there is no one to trust on HE forum anymore ,the ZZ-top brigade is going bald, fat and deaf the rest is trying to make a buck on a side and have half arse systems on a level of college dorms, good only for background music (talking to you Dave:)
Good luck
