Well, If you got it for a song and don't have to sell it to buy your wife a pair of shoes keep it. 803A is a magnificent midbass horn driver with wonderful tone and original 802d HF driver has many afficionados. I'm a less of a 811B horns fan but altec 19 uses them and people love that speakers. Iconic will only increase in value with time so it's a good investment as well, given you have a room to keep it.
