I came across a pair of Voice of the Theater speakers. I spoke with the owner on the phone. What I was able to find out is that they have the original cabinets with what he thinks are 511 G or B horns, the 15" drivers have been replaced with with Carvin's, he did not mention anything about a compression driver, the crossovers are in place in the cabinets. The horns have been pulled out of the cabinet I assume for placing on top of the cabinets, one of the diaphrams for the horn are shot and he has a new one coming from a Co. in CA. He wants around $500.00 for the pair, are these worth persuing, this is my first venture into this type of speaker and do not want to get burned. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Phill
