RE: All the tracks had 15750 hz monitor noise.

If you're young enough (I'm not) and the monitor whine is loud enough you may be able to hear it directly. Otherwise, it may just add grit to the playback or add unconscious listening fatigue.

When one sees a peak at 15750 Khz or thereabouts on a spectrum, it's a good guess that one is seeing cross-talk from a video signal or a flyback transformer from an old CRT television. Some venues are strung with video cables and create this interference. I've seen this in numerous recordings that I've restored and on many commercial recordings as well.

15750 = 525 * 30. (525 lines per TV image, 30 frames per second)

You won't get this today in home playback if you've junked your old CRT displays and TV's in favor of LCDs. Instead, with modern digital appliances and computer audio devices you will get spurious signals at other frequencies, typically from switching power supplies. If you are playing analog sources, it might be a good idea to turn off nearby equipment that is not necessary for playback, including transports, PCs, and DACs. If you are paranoid, you may even want to unplug unused digital devices and appliances, as these often remain active waiting to be switched on by remote control, such as "wake on LAN".
