At -73 dB around 44 kHz the spike is pretty strong. It appears to be on the original recording and it can be seen to fade down at the end of the track. If there were a digital fadeout that would explain the fade at the end of the track, but it looks like the fadeout was analog, because there is a 15750 Hz spike at -102 dB that remains after the fade until a final digital fade.
I am not impressed. If this were my studio, I would not tolerate this situation. The results may not affect the sound quality, but then they may and, worse, they might be audible on some systems by some listeners and not by others. Studio quality control would seem to dictate keeping noise like this to a much lower level. The other hires tracks in the test at noise spikes at lower level in the 30 - 40 kHz range and these were faded down at the end of tracks. All the tracks had 15750 hz monitor noise.
