Had 33 sacds and 2 cds croyed lastweek.
Improvement heard includes better dynamics,tighter bass,quieter
background,details and better focus.
Brought several pieces to audio shops for comparison.
The Burmester CD3 was auditioned at the Burmester's dealership.
It was agreed that the treated disc was "better" as above than the original.
Tested several sacd using dCs's verdi and elgar plus at another outlet.Here the opinion was mixed as some preferred the "rough n raw" sound of redbook upsampled to dsd and not the detailed and more analogue sound of the treated sacd.Most improvement was on the lower octave and quieter background resulting in more details being heard.
Worth the try if you have access to such treatment.
