There are others, and some that no longer visit (Ms. Piggy comes to mind--yes, that was her moniker, and she had a good sense of humor).

You've described an N of 2, but how many male inmates have there been whose posts were "problematic"? I remember Romy the Cat (who was certainly off someone's rocker), to name one, and there are many others, I'm sure.

I'm not convinced that the asylum, if not audiophilia in general, is a very welcoming environment for women.
