The old school Pronto remotes are not as popular as in the past, so it will be more difficult to get a response. The TSU7500/7000 and TSU3500/3000 are different generation remotes (ProntoNG vs ProntoProNG) so there will be some internal differences. Try asking your question in the Philips Pronto discussion forum area of RemoteCentral.com.You can always get your Pronto repaired by Service Wide Technologies for a flat fee of $275.00. I own a TSU7500, and a couple of TSU3500s. They replaced the processor in my TSU7500 several years ago after it started rebooting at random times,before the screen finally went blank. It has been working fine since then.
