....and how fast they NEED to sell it. Since I am rarely in a hurry to sell, I usually price a little higher. I've found that if you are patient, you may just find a desperate buyer, who is willing to pay more. Sometimes this does not work, and I will slowly lower the price.
If it takes me 6 months to sell and item, that's cool with me. I can always dump the goods for cheap if I want to, but that doesn't seem prudent to me. Everything seems to sell eventually.
Patient sellers look for desperate buyers, and patient buyers look for desperate sellers. That's the name of the game.
