....but Stereophile has become a lot less important to me than it used to be. I was a hardcore subscriber for 20 years, but I've kind of outgrown the glossy rag thing. Maybe it's because I have enough knowledge (possibly internet related?) now that I don't need to read someone else's opinion to confirm what I'm hearing. I trust in my own ears and my musical tastes. Stereophile just became redundant and tiring, always chasing the elusive carrot on a stick. I haven't seen an issue of Stereophile in almost 5 years now......yet somehow I manage to carry on. :)
