You should say that you are batting 500 (.500) if you wish to use baseball lingo. I haven't been doing a lot of listening the last few months due to life schedules. I've noticed that my batting average has gone up significantly. I would now say that I am batting 900. When I listen now, it's more for pleasure and less critical listening.....much more enjoyable.
I think the main difference for your satisfaction or lack thereof has nothing to do with the power lines. It has more to do with the grey matter between your ears.
