They are located about 3 miles away from my house. I think I bought something from them 20 years ago or so, but I can't remember what. Since then, I have tried to buy a few things there, but the prices are always too high for used gear and their trade in offers are terrible. I wound up doing a lot more business with Jeff's Sound Values out in California.
I always thought it was silly to ship equipment back and forth across country when I had a 'trading outlet' a couple of miles away, but Jeff always gave me a better deal. Sadly, Jeff's is no longer around, but TSTO is. Thank goodness for Ebay, Audio Trader and Audiogon. I haven't even bothered going to TSTO for at least 5 years now.
JM Sound is still around though, they are out in California too. I've dealt with them too, they treat you pretty good too.
