I'm no expert on fuses but my personal feeling about getting it cryogenically treated is DONT DO IT.

First, you have no idea what the extreme cold temperatures might do to the internal construction of the fuse and how it will affect the fuse's ability to protect your expensive gear. Are you willing to take that chance?

Secondly, I consider a lot of these 'cryogenic' treatments to be snake oil. Some of it might have a very minor benefit when applied to some specific components but it is highly unlikely that you will notice any improvement at all in the sound of your system by treating the fuse.
