Same thing happened here in the Bay Area with a store, where my friend payed full price for a speaker and waited months, the store closed but one of the salesman sent him a SACD demo unit to make up but not for the full value. Short story is that the manufacturer sold him the speaker at cost after explaining predicament and he sold the SACD unit on AG and actually made out ahead. Here's what you should do if they are indeed going out of business: Contact owner and get some equivalent demo unit since they might not have funds to refund and sell unit on AG if you don't want, contact manufacture and tell them your predicament since they might have some responsibility picking their dealers that rep them, and see if you can get it at cost.
