Process

Proven processing profiles, with minimums of 8 hours descend to temperatures below -315°F, "soak" or hold below -315°F for 24 hours, and ascend to ambient of at least 10 hours. Some profiles can take upwards of 3 days to complete.

Metals and plastics respond very well to precise deep cryogenic process. The reasons are as follows. During the cooling or solidification phase of the manufacturing process, molecules are trapped in a haphazard pattern. This random placement causes obstacles for electrons and/or light when encountered. This interference can cause noise, slow down electron flow and will negatively affect the quality of the music being played. At very cold temperatures (below -315°F), the molecules will align in a more uniform, compact structure through the removal of kinetic energy. When the material is returned to ambient temperature, this new uniform, compact pattern is maintained. This process makes a permanent change and the benefits do not deteriorate over time or upon return to operating temperature.

Other benefits:

Solder zones are inherently imperfect and full of stress. Our process will uniform these junctions, improving electron flow and sound quality.
Completely assembled cables, components, etc. are processed with fantastic results.
Optical discs i.e. CDs, DVDs, and SACDs are inherently full of stress from the cooling of the polycarbonate from the injection mold process. These "clouds" cause birefringence, which affects sound quality. Cryogenic process "clarifies" and "aligns" the polycarbonate so the laser can read the "pits" and "lands" accurately without refraction. The result is truer retrieval of the digital music.
Vacuum tubes are dramatically improved by the reduction of residual stress and uniformity of structure. Residual stress increases the resonance of a vacuum tube and a vacuum tube exhibits much resonance, so it is very beneficial to use this process to reduce resonance thereby improving quality.
Reduce noise, improve fidelity, sonic clarity, and depth with our industry proven, precise deep cryogenic process.
Precise control and very cold temperatures are mandatory.

I would not attempt it...
