Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Would I2S have less jitter?

Considering I'd like to use the Audio Alchemy DTI to pass the WS, DATA, and BCLK via I2S to the DAC, wouldn't it be redundant because it uses a CS8412 receiver (that is in the TubeDAC) as well?

Will there be any change in jitter? I think I’ll use the COAX out from the DTI, and pass that to the TubeDAC. But then the signal is going through 2 of those CS8412’s.. I wonder if jitter would be increased or decreased that way. Unfortunately, I have no way of measuring it.
