It is OK to bypass AC caps with AC-rated caps, nothing else.A less experienced tweaker could think (wrongly) that a jumper between the cap terminals is a bypass. Results:fire and smoke.
In some electrical circuits a jumper is called a bypass (e.g. power utility sub-stations), therefore I decided to post this warning.
Better safe than sorry.
