Your conclusions are correct. In general, electrolytic caps sound much worse than film caps in coupling applications.
However, when you need a large PS cap, film caps are not available in values larger than 100 uf, so one must use lytics.
Your ranking regarding oil x fil caps depends on taste and your system''s tonal balance. I have most of the above caps and prefer Exotica TFT caps by a wide margin for coupling purposes. They sound less metallic than Multicap and and less muffled than oil caps.
I hear more music and less coloration.
