I suggest that you search RG-58 or RG58 on Google for the first cable. That's the generic cable spec, valid for all manufacturers.
The second cable is RG-62.
Your cables differ from the general specs by the 200C marking: that means that they can withstand 200 degrees Centigrade (about 400 Farenheit), therefore the jackets (maybe the dielectric) are teflon, a good material soundwise.
BTW AWG 20 is a little too thick to reproduce clean, airy treble (skin effect). Anyway, I believe they are worth a listen as interconnects.
