started using cables from the same manufacturer but not necessarily identical. Then I ran a matched set of IC's & also speaker cables from the same manufacturer & am very pleased with the results.BTW, in my 1.5 year cable search I did try PSS & found them to be too bright for my liking. Actually, I found most all silver cables too bright with the exception of some Stealth cables. I found the less expensive FLR cable pretty good.
Stealth is having a closeout as they introduce some new stuff, so might be worth checking out.
