....as these treatments are rather new to our hobby/industry, no one (to my knowledge) has yet done a study comparing a previously-treated component with a new and identically-treated component, say a year or two later, and comparing them sonically. It would be interesting, but I don't think practical. I suspect the results would be neglible, due to the permanency of the materials treatment.
