Ramesh,i can't answer anything on the comparison to silver but I have 2 pairs of single-ended copper EclipseIII+ and I think they are very good. I've tried them on CD output, preamp output, and even LOMC phono output. In all cases they bested other cables on hand by a wide margin including KK SilverStreak, WW EquinoxIII+, and VdH Integration.
The ECI is wide open, well balanced, detailed without brightness, has good bass extension and weight, and is very dynamic. This last point I interpret as a low noise floor - Mike B. says cryogenic treating improves this still... that's saying something!
