RE: Stealth cables

You've done the same thing on Audiogon and other websites. You simply break into any cable thread and say "MIT...MIT...MIT..." You've been doing it for years. If you have something to say about Stealth cables, share your experiences, list the models used. I don't care for you trying to force feed your MIT cables on everyone you come across, whether they are interested or not. Which fact was wrong? That your name is Dave?

I've heard MIT cables many times over the years, going back to the 330's and the 750 music hose in the 80's to the Magnum and Oracle series more recently. While I can see why some may like them, they are too dark for my tastes. I've heard them sound good with some equipment that I consider bright though. I simply don't buy the gear that sounds bright and needs to be tamed in the first place.

I do know several guys that are big fans of MIT, but most of them are fans because they got a great discount (50-75% off list). At 50-75% off list, MIT cables are much more competetive with other cables. At their list prices they simply cannot compete. Of course, as always, YMMV.
