I found a Philmore #63-601 crimping tool that costs less than $10.00 and I believe is an excellent substitute for the WBT crimper. I made a couple test crimps of 10 guage and 14 gauge wire. IMO the results are about 90 percent as good as the WBT tool. Links provided here to a couple of sources. One has a $14.00 minimum order policy.
