Improving/upgrading your power delivery is foundational, and will affect everything else in your system (for the positive, imnsho).

You could also start IN the wall by upgrading to cryo-treated wiring. Since you're in Canada, check out what Take Five Audio has to offer along with Moray James. Moray is a great guy and *very* experienced with cryogenic treatment. Even circuit breakers benefit (lowered resistance, etc.) but some brands (Cutler & Hammer units made in the Dominican Republic) do not survive the treatment (weak springs, I have found). But the Siemens brand skates through wonderfully....better quality.

All your other ideas are excellent. Take things step-by-step, and enjoy the improvements. The benefits are long-lasting and will be musically fulfilling.
