Isolation transformer

I would noty worry about a 3 V difference, it's immaterial regarding sound quality and reliability.
90% of the power supplies on a stereo system are regulated, except for the amplifier output stages.
If you have tube amps, make sure you adjust output bias at the actual AC voltage seen by the amplifier during your listening sessions.
Hint: to play it safe do not adjust bias during the Tv prime time, the voltage will be at its lowest; after midnight the AC grid voltage is usually at its highest peak...adjust bias then, your amp will work cooler and tubes will last longer.
Otherwise, 125V compared to 122V is within tolerance...don't worry, enjoy the music.
The best/simplest technical solution to adjust AC voltage is a Variac, however I do not recommend it in your case. The cleaning lady may bump the adjustment knob up to 135 V, a risk that is not worth taking because of 3 Volts!
Good luck
