I just ordered a preamp kit, foreplay and seduction and am waiting for it to arrive. I was wondering if it is necessary for me to use a smoke absorber for the soldering fumes. I live in a small condo with a high ceiling and no extra room, meaning the upstairs is open to the rest of the house and I am doing the work downstairs. Even with windows open up and downstairs it feels like the fumes are not entirely going 'outside' (you can still smell it upstairs although the window is open) I was wondering if it is worth getting one of those smoke absorbers (I think they are quite expensive) as I am concerned that toxic fumes are being spread in the house and eventually settle wherever they go or are only the fumes dangerous when you inhale them? Anybody has experience with the absorbers or a good alternative substitute. Thanks for any ideas/input
