Topp,In that sized room the Mc252 (a true sleeper amp in the Mc lineup) or the new MC275 would be fine. They will both work with the C2200. I was playing some very dynamic music on an MC252 connected to B&W 800s and they sounded as good as I have heard them. The amp was swinging about 700 watts per channel on the meters!
