Good advice already from David. I'm running a Phase Linear 400 Series 2 in my HT/secondary 2-channel system. I've done mods to it, including upgrade of the input and output connectors, and installation of DC protection circuitry. As you may know, these amps have no speaker protection circuitry. If there is a failure of the output transistors, the entire DC rail will be dumped on your speaksrs. You will find lots of discussion and expert advice on the brand at AudioKarma.
