I read a post on AA Amp/Preamp section regarding horizontal biamping. I would post a link here but was unable to (computer illiterate). If you do a horizontal biamping search on Amp/Preamp section, it will be the 6th
post. The poster references a mathematical (electrical) equation that is above my understanding. He concludes that you can't use identical amps in a horizontal configuration. He states that it would take an amplifier of 4 times the output (voltage/current?) of the other amp used to drive the bass. I assumed and all of you have concurred that identical amps can be used in horizontal biamping. Of course, I am talking about HB without use of an outboard crossover. I would like some people with more technical expertise than I to address this posters conclusions. Thanks.
