In addition to replacing the input and output connectors, I also:
Replaced the stock power cord with a Furutech IEC inlet.
Replaced all of the electrolytic caps.
Replaced the transistors and diodes on the output protection circuit board.
Did a couple of performance-improving mods to the output protection circuit recommended by the folks at DIY Audio.
Fixed one non-working meter.
Added power resistors to slow down the cooling fan and lessen noise (with the fan disconnected, during normal listening the heatsinks never get more than faintly warm).
Adjusted the DC offset.
Cleaned up the boards, chassis and removed rust spots.
