What is your room size? Are you open to second hand?
Is a remote important? If so, am I correct in I assuming that with only one source, you just need volume and mute?
Why are you requiring an on board phono pre but are willing to accept pre and power separates? What about a separate phono stage and an integrated amp w/o phono.
Why do you want tubes? A tube amp that matches well with 802's will be expensive to buy and expensive to maintain. If its just to avoid listening fatigue, there are some solid state amps that do pretty well.
Some possibilities that I would expect to handle the 802's are:
2nd hand Audio Research (ARC) tube separates with 100W + power amp
Plinius 9200 integrated (Good and smooth solid state)
