The effects of the Bybee device are quantum in nature, and no easily gross effect can be measured. Don't take the Bybee claims to literally. I use the Bybee devices on my loudspeakers, but it doesn't .......

Stu, you are most probably correct. The internal resistor is .025 ohms and is rated at probably 5-10W. It is a very expensive mil grade, exotic metal, resistor. I have never seen one, exactly like it, .......

Try substituting a small value choke, about 1 microhenry, in place of the Bybee units and make a comparison. Keep the visuals out of the equation and see what happens. But I guess that wouldn't be goo .......

I suspect the Bybee Quantum Purifiers are carbon nanotubes. Information is readily available from a number of on-line sources. Just do a google on "carbon nanotubes" and get back to me on explaining .......

here's an older photo of a Bybee A/v Tail. Note the ground wire uses an 16 gauge 14 K gold wire (or was it 18 K?). lead on large purifier on Hot lead is silver... Jack told me that some of his Gold .......

Bybee filters do change the signal. They are real quantum devices. I've seen them, and I have a pair of Bybee filters on my WATT's. However, some loudspeakers will sound 'overdamped' when using Bybee .......

Liquid nitrogen is used in the military versions of the Bybee Filters, I think. Jack Bybee used to treat the filters with liquid nitrogen in the past, but I don't think that he does it today. The mate .......
